  I am in a wheelchair and there's no disabled access. When I asked why I was told that other shops in the Village didn't have access either, so two wrongs make a right? Staff tried to be helpful but there was nothing they could do other than bring items to the door. I felt like the poor relation stuck outside, waiting for it to start raining. Asked if I had or wanted a loyalty card - I've got to be able to access the shop to use it... so I declined. You would think that in this day and age a £50 ramp would not be beyond them. Won't be going back.
